As part of an after-school program that I created, students learn the basics of weightlifting as well as mobility and calisthenics. We meet three times a week, but many students choose to train with me during their free time in the evenings and on weekends.
Travel and adventure
If you were to ask me when I was a kid what I wanted to be when I grew up, my answer probably would have been something to the effect of "I wanna travel the world!"
To date, I have visited over twenty countries and have outgrown two passports.
Muay Thai and Fight training
For the past 15 years, I have been training Muay Thai as well as some MMA. While I am far from a career fighter (that fantasy died in my 20s), I still like to throw around whenever I get the chance.
